Delivery Information

Australian orders

All orders under $110.00 will be charged a flat rate of $9.95,unless your order includes heavy items such as liquids,journals, etc which are heavier in weight. In these cases, your package will be charged at actual cost we will advise you of the amount before posting. 

All orders that have an order total of $110.00 including GST qualify for free shipping.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. Please note with Covid and the restrictions Australia Post is delayed so your packages may take longer than usual.

International Orders

You will be charged the cost of postage, we will get a quote from the post office, email you (please check your junk folder) to confirm you are happy with the amount, if ok we will send you a seperate invoice through paypal for the postage. Once paid we will then post your items and email you a tracking number. You will be responsible for any custom/taxes you may incur when your package reaches your country. If we do-not receive confirmation from you within 3 days of us emailing you a quote we will cancel your order and refund your money with no further notice.

Please allow up to 28 working days for your order to arrive. Please note with covid these times may be longer.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. If your orders do not arrive in the above stated times please contact us. We can not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during shipping, although we will make every effort to assist with making enquiries with Australia Post.

Pick Up

You can pick up by appointment only, please contact Angus on 0478 159 608 to arrange a time. Please allow time for the order to be picked so it is ready for you.
